Infrastructure
The college has a main building with three floors providing adequate space for housing the office, science and language departments, two adjoining blocks for Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Microbiology and dairy science departments and a separate block for library. The management has provided a few staff quarters to its members, besides granting easy loans to its emps to construct loans. The college makes optimum use of its infrastructure. The college has a Library Advisory Committee. Book Bank facility is extended to the needy students. The College Library is yet to be computerized. There are about 80,000 books in the central library. The departments maintain a separate library with a good number of text books and reference books. The college subscribes to 34 journals and periodicals. A computer is provided to the library for initiating the process of digitization. In order to provide the latest tools of teaching, some of the departments have been provided with computers.

The college arranges health checkup facility regularly through the Health Centre of the TTDs. The college has a basket ball cement court, indoor wooden badminton court, Gymnasium with 12 stations multi gym, two ball badminton courts, two volley ball courts, hockey and foot ball fields, kho-kho court and jumping pits, two table tennis tables, two tennis courts and a spacious play field. Necessary support services are provided for conducting all Indoor and outdoor games. Many students have utilized these facilities and bagged several medals and prizes to their credit. Every year 15 to 20 students represent the S.V.University in different sports events. The college also conducts the inter collegiate and inter-university tournaments.
There are three blocks of hostels, with 400+ rooms and 3 study halls, accommodating 1800+ inmates. Hostel has its own library and TV room. The hostels are maintained with adequate staff and facilities. Dedicated faculty members of the college supervise the hostels and arrange to help the students in their personality development and learning issues.
