About the Department
The subject Electronics was introduced at B.Sc. level with Mathematics, Physics, Electronics combination in the academic year 1990-91, under department of physics. Later in the year 1993-94 it was established as separate department. In the year 2002-03 another program with B.Sc. Mathematics, Electronics, Computer Science was introduced.
Vision
- The Department plans extensive and liberal use of Audio-visual aids and Internet for class room instruction. The library could be providing additional learning resources like Electronic journals, materials for mini projects, study materials for entrance examination to persue higher education apart from regular text books. The department plans to strengthen the virtual laboratory by procuring latest circuit simulation software.
Mission
- To provide quality teaching that can bring out the potentiality of the students.
