Introdction
  • S.V. Arts College, Tirupati has a “Grievance Redressal Cell” to address the grievances of its Stakeholders.
  • Sri. E. Ramakrishna Reddy, Senior Lecturer in Mathematics is appointed as Convener for the “Grievance Redressal Cell” along with other faculty as members.
  • The “Grievance Redressal Cell” permits the Stakeholders to lodge their grievances in accordance with the rules and regulations of the institution.
  • The “Grievance Redressal Cell” inquires the grievances in a fair and unbiased manner as per procedures in vogue.
  • The “Grievance Redressal Cell” shows no discrimination among Stakeholders and serving with accurate solutions for their grievances.
Objectives
  • The main objective of the “Grievance Redressal Cell” is to develop a reactive and responsible attitude among all the Stakeholders in order to create a harmonious atmosphere in the College.
  • Motivate the Stakeholders to express their grievances freely and firmly without any fear or tear.
  • Allows the Stakeholders to get fruitful solutions to their grievances.
  • Adopts confidential procedures in resolving the grievances related to women/sexual harassments.
  • Educates the Stakeholders to lodge a reasonable and credible grievance before the “Grievance Redressal Cell”.
Procedure For Lodging A Complaint
  • The Stakeholders are advised to meet with the Committee Members at any time during the College working hours to lodge their grievances.
  • The Complaint Box/Suggestion Box is installed in front of the Grievance Redressal Cell Office to facilitate the Stakeholders to put their grievances/suggestions in writing.
Functions of the Unctions of the Grievance Redressal Cell
  • To look into the complaints lodged by any Stakeholder and take impartial adjudication on merits.
  • To draw proper solution to the grievances of the Stakeholders with frank and fair technic.
  • To address the cases punctually on receipt of written grievances from the Stakeholders.
  • To hear the grievances in person and find spot solutions on many issues.
  • To brought to the notice of the Principal for settlement with the guidance of the higher authorities on certain complicated issues.
